I have been practicing Martial Arts since 1985 and opened my first classes in Hungary in 1994!  Moved to UK in 2004 and teaching here since! Representing Carlson Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in slough as black belt, Muay Thai Boxing instructor and probably one of the first  StrongFirst Kettlebell instructor in UK under Pavel Tsatsuline!

I have helped many people with physical and online classes to optimeze they energy level, get weight loss, learn self defence and create a strong healthy lifestyle!
